CML Heirlines – Cancellation & No-Show Policy At CML Heirlines, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality service while maintaining efficient scheduling and availability for all customers. Due to the limited capacity of our services and the impact of last-minute cancellations, we enforce a strict cancellation policy as outlined below. 1. 24-Hour Advance Cancellation Requirement All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. 2. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours) Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 100% charge of the total service cost. This policy is strictly enforced, as reserved time slots cannot typically be reallocated on short notice. 3. No-Show Policy Failure to arrive for a scheduled service without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in a 100% charge of the total service cost. No exceptions will be made. 4. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule are treated as cancellations. If the request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, it will be subject to the same 100% fee. 5. Emergency Exceptions Exceptions to this policy are rare and will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of CML Heirlines management. 6. As a Master Barber, I’ve earned the trust of professional athletes, entertainers, executives, and everyday clients through precision, professionalism, and consistency. For me, barbering is more than a career—it’s purpose. The mobile barbershop has long been my vision: to go beyond four walls, expand the craft, teach barbering, and mentor the next generation. Community remains central to my work—I serve the underserved, provide haircuts to those in need, and help aspiring barbers and entrepreneurs move toward ownership and independence.
